I currently have a furnished double bedroom for rent, in a 3 bed, semi-detached house just outside of Exeter.

The house is a bright, spacious, newly built 3 bed semi-detatched with off road parking and garden located in a quiet street in the Rockbeare end of Cranbrook .
Easy access to local train station and bus routes into Exeter city and just a stones throw from Exeter airport ( you very rarely hear any aircraft).

The house currently houses one male (me) and a young dog ( 6months). I am a full time working professional in health care. I dont smoke and rarely drink.
I am looking for a professional person or a mature student who is looking for a peaceful and respectful but sociable lodging.
You'd have access to a shared living room with large TV, kitchen/diner (with dining table) and garden ( work currently being done), with space for a single car on the drive.

The room (pictured) is situated on the front corner of the house on the 1st floor and includes;
double bed with memory foam mattress,
large chest of draws,
double cupboard,
black out curtains.
Bathroom adjacent to the bedroom (pictured).

Bills are included in the monthly rent and include;
water,
electricity,
council tax,
broadband,
access to Netflix and TV.
(there is no gas at this property)

Unfortunately, I will not be considering;
smokers,
couples,
children.
