Double room available in friendly household - recently redecorated - 3.7m long x 2.55m wide. Standard double bed with new mattress; built in wardrobe, TV point. The main bathroom is adjacent to the room and shared with one other; occasional house guests will also be using this.. It has a bath with waterfall shower head and separate regular shower head.
We are a gay couple with a friendly, older spaniel and one younger. One of us works from home, the other hybrid working. We are very easy-going and love entertaining with friends over for dinner/lunch as much as quiet times at home or walking the dogs. You are welcome to eat with us 'en famille' or self cater. We have a separate fridge for your use should this be the case. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you might expect. If you do want to eat with us, we can discuss housekeeping budgets.
The house is situated at the end of a cul-de-sac and has garden to the rear and front. The main garden faces south and west, and there is a large patio area with bbq, seating, and chiminea.
The house is centrally heated and is very well insulated, you will never be cold. The terrace and garden have recently been landscaped.
