The house is located close to the A30 and M5 so really convenient for commuting. The Exeter city centre can be reached within 20 mins' drive. There are also several bus stops at a very short walk from the house.
On street parking is available, if required.
We're a professional couple and usually keep ourselves to ourselves but are friendly and always happy to chat about your day. The room will suit someone quiet, clean and respectful. No smokers and single occupancy only. We don't have pets and won't be able to accept any .
