Room to rent close to Exeter Airport

My name is Matt and I have two rooms to rent in my 4 bedroom home in Rockbeare, East Devon. Council Band F I have been widowed recently due to my partner dying. So now have to space to be able to have someone come and share my home. I am a musician, sing in a choir, love reading, going to the cinema and socialising with my friends. into classic cars and have a gardening business, I am getting into van life so would be away at weekends.

I would like to share my home with a professional person, I have no issue with you working from home if this is what you require and have made a space for you to do so. I would also have no issue with you having a guest or partner to stay occasionally, but not permanently. I would be happy with watching the odd film together, but would like to have separate spaces in the house.

You will have your own office / living space, there is a desk and futon + an office chair + large double bedroom with storage and sole use of main family bathroom, which has a shower in it.

There is a shared kitchen and you will have your own fridge in the kitchen, and space in the freezer in the garage for your use.

There is a large garden with seating area and dining table which you are welcome to use, when the weather improves.

I have a nearly 4 year old working cocker called Hudson, he is not allowed upstairs but would love to be your friend.

The house will come with all bills included, broadband, washing machine, tumble dryer. There is space upstairs for your tv in both rooms if you wish.

There is also amble parking on the drive for your vehicle although the house in on a main bus route into town, but I would recommend having a car.

This is a peaceful area to live in and is very close to the airport, local super market and pub are in Cranbrook which a 20 min walk away
