Looking for a friendly, respectful lodger to rent a partially furnished room at my house in Cranbrook.

The room includes a double bed with drawers, bedside cabinet & a wardrobe. Options to bring own furniture can be discussed. You’ll have access to shared facilities including a living room, kitchen & two bathrooms. One parking space is available for a lodger.

Rent is £600, bills included.

Small dog stays at house for periods of time.

Property is near to shops, cafes and pubs

Lodgers must be clean, tidy & considerate. No smokers. Pets may be considered.
