Cosy rooms in shared house

There is a large double room fitted with fridge , kettle, toaster, tv access.
Also available is a double sofa bed room. to be used as a sitting room which has a tv fitted or can be used as a further bedroom. You will have sole use of the bath/shower room.

Kitchen facilities to be shared with myself, the owner. I live in the downstairs of the house.
There is ample off road parking for 4 cars.
There is a good sized garden available BBQ and patio area with seating outside.
Short walk to the Tiverton Parkway train station. Good bus routes available.
1 good pub in the village, also Spar shop and post office. 6 miles from Tiverton and Cullompton. Exeter easily accessible.
Short walk from my home to the Grand Western Canal .for lovely walks.
Fish and chip van visits the village each week, also pizza van and thai food van.
