Artist's cottage in picturesque Devon village

Large en-suite room available in lovely quiet cottage in friendly village. I am a retired college lecturer and professional artist and share the house with my two small and very amenable border terriers..

This comfortable room has a double bed, desk, armchair, central heating tv and broadband and plenty of storage, and has an ensuite shower and loo. The room overlooks my beautiful cottage garden. Shared kitchen facilities with own fridge. The house is a no-smoking zone.

I am looking for someone who is wanting a part time stay - possibly a relocation to the area or short term contract. Most suitable probably for an older professional who is looking for somewhere for a short stay. Car parking available nearby, and there is a bus service to Exeter, and a good train and bus service from nearby Crediton. The village has two great pubs and a community shop. Rent includes council tax broadband and bills.
