A good size, upstairs, double room has recently become available in a quiet cul-de-sac. House has recently been refurbished so is bright and clean. 10 minutes walk to Seaton beach, 5 minute walk to the nearest bus stop.
I'm a single male working as an engineering consultant.
Non-smoker, I do have a small dog, a miniature cockapoo (hypoallergenic, he doesn't shed) who's quiet and friendly, typically he's not in the house during the day.
I would consider a tenant with a dog who was also didn't shed. There are fields opposite the house, perfect for a short walk or for catching the last of the sun with views across the valley. The room itself has views across Axmouth and the valley.
The kitchen is fully equipped, cooker, hob, dishwasher, microwave etc with plenty of crockery, pans etc. There's a small bar in the kitchen and a dining table in the lounge/dining room.
There's also a washing machine and tumble-dryer.
