We have available a lovely suite consisting of a double room with own bathroom, kitchen, small sitting area and garden, forming the rear wing of a large detached beautiful family home.
There is a shared family lounge with 3 large sofas and a large TV with Netflix. Window cleaning and gardening is provided on a regular basis. Light cleaning (not bedroom or bathroom) also provided. Use of washing machine, washing line and tumble dryer.
We are a family of 4 - all adults. Myself and my wife are semi-retired, we have two sons, one works full time in his own business and the other is currently at college.
We are easy going people but are not looking for someone who likes loud music, partying etc. We expect the suite to be kept reasonably clean and tidy and rubbish to be removed to the bins at least every few days!
We are looking for either a single working professional or a professional working couple to join our household.
We have a small dog of our own who is anxious around other animals so are not able to accept any other pets.
There is parking for 2 cars in tandem on the driveway. Ideal for commuting to Exeter or Torquay.
Within walking distance to Shaldon village with shops, pubs, beach etc.
Distance to Exeter: 17 miles
Distance to Torquay: 8 miles
Bills included (subject to fair usage) including water, council tax, electric, gas and WiFi.
Must be able to provide references and proof of affordability.
