It doesn't get better than this.

We've a HUGE room available in our place. It is actually two rooms, ones huge, the other is big and has an on suite. It's almost the entire upstairs of a Dartmoor mansion. If that's not enough it has a beautiful wide balcony over looking the gardens.

The bathroom has a jacuzzi and separate shower.

Our house is a 6 bedroom detached property in Shaugh Prior, which is right on the edge of Dartmoor.

The house is big and has a large back garden and an even bigger front garden - which does take a bit of maintenance that everyone chips in to do.

We've a large kitchen with an aga and a table that can comfortably seat 10 people for dinner and often does. There's the usual appliances including a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer etc.

There's a large front room with sofas and a tv. We've also another living room that has a full size pub style bar in it, which great for parties!

We've a pool room with a heated swimming pool, a hot tub, a sauna and a cocktail bar. This also opens up on to the garden with a nice raised patio which is a great space for BBQs, having people over etc.

There's also a room just for storing kit, so if your into outdoor sports that's pretty handy. There's also a little weights room.

There's plenty of room for parking and there is a garage for storage. Commute wise it's about a 15/20 minute drive in to the centre of Plymouth, the access to the A38 is pretty quick.

The village is lovely, it's quiet and a scenic area. There's a pub and a church and that's it. Dartmoor is literally out of the front door. There's walking, biking, climbing, paddling, you name it there's direct access to it.

The housemates are all fairly active and this house does suit someone that is into outdoor sports. We all tend to do things together, be it mountain biking or bouldering. There's often weekends away at the beach. It's a social house and as it's a little removed from town, it's common for people to have guests. We also throw the occasional party!

Employment wise everyone has a full time job and for the most part it's usual working hours, Monday - Friday. We think it would suit us if the person coming in worked in a similar way.

The rent is £518 per month, which includes Council Tax and Water rates. Oil, electric, telephone & broadband and tv are all extra. Budget £80-100 per month for bills.
