Double Room, Private Bathroom and reception room

I own the property and am looking for an easy-going professional person to share with. I have a 7-year-old beagle who is friendly and very food orientated. I work from home during the day and will appreciate this as quiet time.
The room is within a large, detached house in a beautiful setting, with off road parking, gardens and storage for a bike. The room is furnished including cable TV, you will have a private bathroom. There is primary use of a reception room which is currently used as a dining room but available to have a comfy chair and tv in it, not provided. I will use this room at times. The accommodation is separate from my own ( I have my own bedroom, bathroom and lounge) and will be yours to enjoy apart from the kitchen which we will share.
Sidford is 1.5 miles from the main town and beach via a riverside walk through The Byes, perfect for running, cycling and walking. There is a Spar, chip shop and pub within walking distance. Exeter is a 25 minute drive and a few minutes to a bus stop.
References will be required including employment and credit checks.
Initial 6 month contract.
Deposit held via the landlord protection site.
