With sea views and plenty of light, I have a large double room available to let, in a two bed flat. Currently the flat is me and my chihuahua and possibly an excessive amount of house plants.

The flat has a large bright living room with views straight up Sidmouth town. There’s a spacious shared bathroom including a toilet, sink and shower over bath.

The kitchen is on the smaller side but it’s perfect for what it is.

Excellent transport links to surrounding areas, direct buses to Exeter, Honiton, Seaton etc.

Bills are NOT included and will therefore be extra. Council tax band B.

I’ve only recently moved in myself so there’s some unpacked boxes in the pictures - these will obviously not be in these places when the room is filled.
