Would like a clean and tidy respectful tenant. good sense of humour. prefer female. Absolutely non smoker, and must like dogs!
Late night owls won't suit this let.
The house is kept clean and tidy. It is a quiet neighbourhood.
I am postlady and retained firefighter. I get up early!! and I can be called out in the middle of the night for fire calls.
