The ensuite double room available is spacious and light. My property is a large bungalow on the edge of Silverton. There is open countryside close to the property which is ideal for strolling and hiking. Silverton has several handy amenities including 2 sociable pubs, Spar shop/Post office and an excellent GP's surgery. I am looking for someone who is sociable but who will also respect my need for peace and quiet when I am writing. I like to think I am easy going with a good sense of humour but serious when I need to be. Please note that the cost of the room for couples will be £950 pcm including bills. A well behaved dog or cat will cost an additional £50 pcm and the deposit would be an additional £100, that would amount to a total deposit of £400.
