Large ensuite double room to let.

The ensuite double room available is spacious and light. My property is a large bungalow on the edge of Silverton. There is open countryside close to the property which is ideal for strolling and hiking. I am looking for someone who is sociable but who will also respect my need for peace and quiet when I am writing. I like to think I am easy going with a good sense of humour but serious when I need to be. Please note that the cost of the room for couples will be £850 pcm including bills. A well behaved dog or cat will cost an additional £20 pcm and the deposit would be an additional £100, that would amount to a total deposit of £400.
