1 bedroom Annexe near Silverton

We have a one bedroom annexe to rent in our house near Silverton, sharing with me and my two daughters.

The rooms are light and spacious and furnished and consist of a double bedroom, living room, kitchenette and shower room. There's also a utility room with a shared freezer and washing machine.

We're in a rural location just over a mile from Silverton and five minutes walk away from the edge of the National Trust estate at Killerton. Silverton also has a large village shop (usefully open from 6 am to 10 pm).

Supermarkets at Exeter and Cullompton and Exeter airport are ten to fifteen minutes drive away, whilst Exeter city centre, Sowton and both Exeter St Davids and Tiverton Parkway stations are within 15-20 minutes drive. There's also plenty of free on-street parking directly outside the house.

Rent is £425 per month including bills.
