Large, bright, furnished double room available in shared house, use of all communal areas in the house and the lovely garden and courtyard. Close to amenities and with great access to beautiful local walks.

The room is minimally furnished so you can make it your own, I can also remove unwanted items and/or swap with other available furniture. The bed is a king size divan with an almost new mattress. (photos don't convey true bed/room size) . Room is 4.1m x 3.8m(12 1/2ft x 13 1/2ft).

Bills are included including wifi on fast broadband. Please note that during the winter months the rent will go up by £10 per week to cover the extra heating bills.

I prefer non-smokers and the house is not a party house, I am studying and need the place to stay chilled out. Professionals only.
