We are looking for a clean, tidy & respectful working professional or mature student.

Short term placements also welcome!

Single occupancy only.

We have two young Beagles so only suitable for those who LOVE dogs!

The bedroom is a fantastic size with its own private bathroom which is accessed from the landing. The room has beautiful views over Plymouth looking onto Cornwall.

The room comes fully furnished with everything you should need; king size bed, wardrobe, bedside table, TV & chair.

There is a large kitchen / diner with breakfast bar which you will have access to , we also have a separate kitchen area for our lodgers to allow plenty of space. We have ample of on-street parking available at the front of the house.

Monday – Friday option also available at a reduced rental.
