Lovely holiday let in dawlish warren

I am letting my holiday home for 2 people, students preferred, this has everything u would need, including dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer, there is 1 large king size room with on suite toilet, a single room, shower and toilet, fully equipped kitchen, lovely lounge and dining room, wifi, gas central heating and double glazed. Sofa bad in lounge, Available from the 1st November, all bills included, till end of uni year, can be reserved for the following year and will govern the right tenants access passes to the pools, etc.
