1 ground floor room to rent in the lovely Dartmoor village of Sticklepath. House shared with couple who own the property.

Sticklepath is a great base for commuting to Exeter or Okehampton, located just 5 mins off the A30. There are lots of walks onto the moors and through the woods from the property. There is a bus that goes into Okehampton and Exeter once every 2 hours, and Okehampton has a train station. However we would recommend a car.

The room is a little rough around the edges but is comfortable and well equipped with a large wardrobe, wall mounted TV, cupboard and bedside table. The condition of the room is reflected in the price which includes all bills.

Tenants MUST like animals (particularly dogs) as we have two dogs and two cats.

All bills included with strong Wifi, good enough for working from home. Kitchen and bathroom are both shared with owners. On street parking available free of charge. Room is at front of house, next to front door. There is a lovely sunny garden space to the front and back of the property which tenants are free to use.
