Double room in quiet rural former farmhouse

Double room with own adjacent bath / shower room in family home. On the first floor with only one other, rarely used, guest room privacy is assured. We are in a beautiful rural location between the villages of Stockland and Dalwood. Use of own transport is a must. There are pubs in each village (walking distance) and small local shop in Dalwood. We have two small dogs, two cats, a tortoise and some chickens so you must like animals! Some garage storage is available for bikes etc and there is plenty of off road parking. Shared use of large living room / kitchen / diner and inglenook sitting room (log burners in both) and utility room. 300 MBps broadband courtesy of Gigaclear fibre optic. The bedroom has its own Ethernet cable. Although a family we are very used to sharing our home (and Netflix) with others and are home worker / shift worker friendly.
