Double room in a spacious and peaceful home

Double bedroom which is partially furnished is available in my home.

I’m a teacher who tutors privately.
I live a relatively quiet and peaceful life and enjoy good music, cooking and going for walks. I’m a sea swimmer and paddleboarder too and know some great spots locally.
Very relaxed and chilled to live with and I have two beautiful cats who are very chilled out too - other than when they are hungry! Expect a few head nuzzles on your leg!
There is a lounge, dining room and kitchen with a large garden, drive way parking and an office space. Furnished through the home but flexible with the furnishing in your double room.

Stoke Gabriel is really calm and quiet area to live, a lovely village on the outskirts of Totnes and Paignton. It has a couple of pubs, a village shop, a gorgeous cafe/restaurant on the river and a thriving and lovely local community with lots of opportunities to ‘get involved’ in things if that’s your vibe. It’s a safe space amidst nature!

Stoke Gabriel is a 5 minute drive from Brixham Road and Tweenaway lights which makes it perfect for those that need to access Paignton/Totnes/Torquay and Exeter. It has all local amenities and a choice of supermarkets, gym, coffee shops etc which are a 5 minute drive away.

Looking for either short or long term lets. I’m happy for someone working from home, however the bills are estimated on working out of the home so we might have to have a look at how that may vary.
