A double room available in a spacious terraced house in Stonehouse. City Centre and The Hoe are within walking distance, Royal William yard is also close by.
There is a shared living room where we like to watch TV, films and play video games, and a large kitchen with a dining table, dishwasher and a washer/drier. There's a ground floor toilet, and a bathroom upstairs (the shower has excellent pressure!). There is also a south facing roof terrace that gets sun pretty much all day. Residents also get free private off-road parking.
Bills aren't included (WiFi is currently £9.34/month, gas and electric £26/month, water £17.28/month), and the property is band A on council tax.
The current tenants are two female friends, we enjoy hanging out in the evenings and going on day trips and sea swimming at the weekends. We are looking for friendly, sociable individual who is clean and tidy and appreciates early nights!
