Hello! We are group of friends looking to find replacements for our lovely 3 bedroom house. We have all moved out of Plymouth with our respective partners but are still locked into rent, so keen to get replacements in fast :)

We all absolutely loved living here and were sad to leave. It is very cosy, spacious and perfect for young professionals, students or anyone who needs to work from home - we used the upstairs living room as an office space / spare room for visitors. The location is great - just a quick walk to Aldi/Lidl, 5 mins from town and about 15 minutes to the hoe/seafront. There is a little garden which we managed to cram many BBQs in over summer and a bit of soil space if anyone want to try their hand at gardening! Our landlord is a very lovely and active fella, anytime we had any broken taps or whatever, it was solved immediately.
The house is empty and can be moved in ASAP, please contact Martin and Co. for a viewing - on their website it is “3 Bedroom Terraced House, Francis Street” as I cannot post a link here. They will require credit checks/ references so please only apply if you are serious about taking the property :)
