Holding Fee- Equivalent to 1 week's rent
This will begin your referencing and hold the room for you for up to 7 days. The room will be taken off the market during this process. Non-refundable.

Tenancy Deposit - Equivalent to 1 month's Rent
Your deposit is held with The Deposit Protection Scheme and is refundable when your move out depending on the condition of your room and your rent being paid up to date.

Key Replacement - at reasonable cost
This will buy you a new key for the next working day.

Locked out Fee – N/A
We do not provide a locked-out service, however, we provide tenants with a locksmith out of office hours telephone number.

PLEASE NOTE
Moorview Lets do not supply bedding, we only provide brand new mattress protectors which must be used on your bed. It is the tenant's responsibility to provide their own bedding, crockery, cutlery, pots & pans.
