I am looking for a short term flatmate or a couple to inhabit this large double en-suite room in a flat overlooking the sea.
This is available for the one month of October, starting as early as the 28th September if you wish.
I am partly living at the flat, but sometimes stay overnight elsewhere, so you would occasionally have the whole flat to yourself. If I do stay at the flat, my partner (male) sometimes stays with me.
Please note the rent advertised is £650 per month, which is for one person. The price for a couple would be £900 per month, which is all inclusive of council tax, broadband and gas, electricity and water. Any additional days on top of the month would be pro rata, worked out to the day.
The flat has a balcony overlooking the sea, on Millbay Road, and large doors that open up when the weather is good. The en-suite includes a shower, toilet and basin. The bedroom is a large double, approximately 6 m x 3 m, with a large floor-to-ceiling window. You would share the sitting room and kitchen with myself, and my partner if he is staying over.
I’m looking for someone quiet (no loud music please), someone who is willing to be considerate in the kitchen (i. e. doing the washing up straightaway and keeping fridge tidy) and tidy in the sitting room, and someone who is fairly self-sufficient, but likes being friendly and having a bit of a chat when we are both around. I’m pretty busy at the moment , so out quite a bit.
Apologies for the lack of photo of the bedroom. This is because at present the bed is covered in things I am sorting out! However it is a lovely light large bedroom, approx. 6m x 3m and a large window.
Re: Parking. There is an underground parking space which you can have while you are here. If you have bikes, it is possible to park them in the underground garage but there is no room in the flat for bikes, as putting them on the balcony would mean the carpets would get stained from the wheel marks. I keep my bike in the underground garage.
