The apartment is on the second floor of a converted Royal Naval Victualling Yard. A warm and wonderful space with vaulted ceiling, original wooden floors and period stonework.

The room is calm and nicely appointed with a comfortable double bed, large wardrobe and storage shelving. There is also a desk with drawers (not shown in photo) and small tv. There is a private bathroom available.

The yard has many recreational facilities including an Everyman Cinema, Wagamama, wine bar, fish restaurant, art cafe, fashion shop, hairdresser, wellness clinic. residents garden etc. There are regular events like native makers and music sessions. Also paddle boarding. The location is next to the sea. Plenty of opportunity to swim.

I pursue a pesc / vegan lifestyle. Absolutely no smokers. I often work from home so am looking for a professional lodger.
