Cosy room in large flat in a lovely location!

HI, we are two friendly girls of 23 and 28 ideally looking for a female room-mate (as we do love our girlie nights) ASAP. The flat has two floors in a Georgian terrace with two lovely balconies and is only a minutes walk from Royal William Yard with a little beach up the road (almost literally a stones through from the sea). There is a bus stop right outside which takes you to the town centre or is a half an hour if, like us, you don't mind a walk. We are friendly and sociable but do like a clean and homely house so if you do too that would be great! We'd love to find someone who doesn't mind a tea and a chat at the end of the day but equally the flat is big enough for everyone to have their own space to chill out.
