Large double room in a family home available

I am currently renting a large 4 bed house and have been letting a large double room . Unfortunately the tennents has given short notice to leave . There are 3 other . This myself and my 2 daughters. We are quiet , tidy and may accept pets. Sorry no dss or housing benefit. References and deposit required and you must be in employment. There is a minimum of 3 months but no maximum, I have no intensions of leaving the propperty . Please email or call for details. I would consider a couple but an additional £50 per month would be required to cover additional bills. There is a bathroom that has a shower for your use only as we use the upstairs bathroom.
