This room would only suit similar, quiet, responsible hard working person who keeps themselves to themselves and respects the house, the local community and myself and my dog as we are 'live in landlord / tenants' and will also be at living at the property

1 month Deposit and 1 month rent in advance is required prior to moving in (£1,200)
