Furnished Double Room

The Home:
I live on my own, and work from home most weekdays.
A quiet, respectful household, with a peaceful and easy-going atmosphere. There are no pets in the house. Shared responsibility for keeping communal areas clean and tidy.
The garden is accessible at the back of the house. The conservatory doubles as a home office and dining room, with a separate kitchen and living room. The bathroom includes a shower over the bath and is shared use. Gas central heating downstairs, superfast broadband.

The Room:
Clean and tidy with plenty of light. Furnished with a double divan bed with drawers, complete with mattress, a chest of drawers, and a shelving unit. The boiler cupboard is also situated in the bedroom and provides extra storage space.

The location:
Tamerton Foliot - A quiet village location close to Derriford, with bird song being the main background noise. On-street parking, which can be busy around school run hours, with a primary school a couple of streets away. Bus stop, local shop and takeaway 1 minute walk away.

Looking For:
The household has an inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly atmosphere, and I am looking to share the space with someone that contributes to that energy so would prefer female or queer person.
Looking for a working professional or mature student, non-smoker (vaping is fine).
