Tamerton Foliot - A quiet village location close to Derriford, with bird song being the main background noise. On-street parking, which can be busy around school run hours, with a primary school a couple of streets away. Bus stop, local shop and takeaway 1 minute walk away.
Looking For:
The household has an inclusive and LGBTQIA+ friendly atmosphere, and I am looking to share the space with someone that contributes to that energy so would prefer female or queer person.
Rent adjustments:
£750/month for a couple. Adjusted pro-rata for short lets.
