Double room available, professional working house

Hello,
My name is Abi, I’m a 28 year old working professional and I’m looking for a house mate to join me in my home. I’m a live in landlady, very friendly, easy going, tidy and so looking for someone likeminded.

I travel to visit family and friends a few weekends a month but I’m usually around in the evenings and always willing to do something fun. I love sports, the gym, anything outdoors hiking, cycling etc. but equally enjoy cooking, crafting, reading and chilling in front of a movie.

The room is a double bedroom in Kings Tamerton with a stunning view of the river. Location is a great base for both the dockyard and Derriford. Easy access to the A38 and town center.

Bedroom has a brand new mattress and I have recently painted it, has a large built in mirrored wardrobe so lots of storage! Has new window and curtains. Beautiful view out over the river Tamar. Bathroom has recently been completely renovated this year so is brand new. House is a slow renovated project which some rooms still to go so are still dated!

Gas, electric and water bills to be split evenly (may vary but currently estimated at £70 a month) all other bills included

I’m happy to answer any questions and look forward to finding someone to share my home with. I’m looking for another professional who does not work full time from home.
