Looking for a mature, friendly housemate to rent my spare room. Its not the biggest room in the world but it is cozy, has a double bed with wardrobe and cupboard for storage. Tamerton Foliot is a lovely village on the bus route into Plymouth city centre, Derriford and Marjons.
Perfect location for anyone studying at Marjons or training/working at Derriford.
There isn't off street parking but there is ample parking on the road opposite the cottage.
I am easy to get on with and enjoy company, but also appreciate a persons privacy.
I work shifts including nights so don't want to rent it to a complete party animal but am up for a laugh myself!
