The house is simple, clean and well located on a quiet elevated street close to town. Although it has no dedicated parking next to the house, it is easy to unload and there are always spaces at the end of the street.

The double bedroom has a good view over town with Dartmoor in the distance. Wooden floorboards and new paintwork give the room a light airy feel. The bed and chest of drawers in the photos has been moved out for the current occupant, who vacates on the 9th January. How the room is set up for you is up for discussion. Downstairs there is a generously sized sofa which can fold out to create a double bed for occasional visitors, bookshelves a small work station and a television.

The kitchen is simple and well lit, with a simple oak table and two chairs. There are a washing machine and a fridge.
