Single/Double room available for a lodger to rent in Tavistock. Room is furnished with a single bed, draws, shelving and built in wardrobe with space to add other furniture to suit the needs of the lodger. Bed linens/ towels a tv are also available. Although set up as a single room it is spacious, there is room for a doublebed to fit. There are two double plug sockets and a TV socket. If preferred some furniture can be removed to accommodate lodgers own furniture, my current lodger brought a double bed, I can only provide a single bed. There is small built in cupboard for hanging clothes and ample draw space.
Shared use of kitchen /dining room, garden and shared use of bathroom / wc. Parking is currently on street. Property is a cul-de-sac location in a quiet neighbourhood, a short walk into town.
All bills included except phone. Wifi is included and reliable.
Must like dogs as I have two. Further details available on request.
Room is currently occupied with the existing lodger planning to move into a new home at the end of May.
