A double bedroom to rent in a spacious and tidy flat in the centre of the quaint and busy town, Tavistock.

The room is unfurnished and the new occupant would need to bring their own bed and furniture for their room. The rest of the flat is furnished with a big kitchen with lots of counter space, a table, stove and big windows looking out to a garden with cute little dogs running around from the flat below. The living room has two comfy sofas and a smart tv with access to apps like Netflix and prime and some normal channels. The bathroom has a shower with good pressure, a big bath to relax in and a skylight to bring in lovely natural light.

I, the main flatmate, work in the centre of Tavistock and I am a busy professional so I and am looking for a quiet, tidy and respectful roommate. I like socialising, reading and watching comedy series and crime documentaries on Netflix.
