The other 2 bedrooms are upstairs. All of them are a good large size. Can be furnished or unfurnished.

Upstairs double bedrooms are £550 a month. Both rooms have a lovely amount of space with great views. Upstairs is a shared bathroom for the 2 bedrooms. So shared but only with one other person.

Property has fibre to the house 150MB.

You would need your own transport as there is only one bus a week sometimes into Tawstock going to Barnstable. Ample parking spaces on both sides of the house. It takes me around 40 minutes to walk into Barnstable. There is a quiet country lane or the river Taw footpath to get there. Cycling there is nice to.
