Lodger in peaceful artist's cottage in woodland

Cosy room in peaceful artist's cottage set in 6 acres of Devon woodland. King size bed + shared bathroom. Listed building, quirky and characterful, with shared sitting room and kitchen.

I am a self-employed musician and land manager running a campsite on the property and occasionally hosting guests and creative retreats in the barns of the property.

I am looking for a relaxed, outgoing, considerate preferably female lodger who likes living communally in a busy, relaxed and sociable household. Ideally someone who works professionally and has their own car is advisable.

We have three cats, chickens, occasionally look after a dog, and often helpex who live in outbuildings on the property or in a yurt in the garden.
