Room to rent in family home

We currently have a room to let in our family home. Close to town centre and train station - no longer than 10 minutes away. Looking for professional person to share our home. Person to be tidy and respectful of our home.
Room available has a double bed and basic bedroom furniture.
We ourselves are working professionals who have the option to work from home so can be home a lot.
Happy to spend time over a cup of tea but don’t want to be in each other’s pockets.
Communal areas such as Kitchen, lounge and dining room is shared. Bathroom to be shared with two others. Washing machine available, potential off road parking, garden access.
We have two cats who will seek fuss if it is shown to them.
Bills included and access to broadband. Ideally minimum stay 2 months. References please and would look for holding deposit which would go towards first months rent.
