Double Room In Teignmouth TQ14

Double room for rent in lovely vegan home, sharing with a friendly working couple. 10 minute walk to Teignmouth train station, 15 minute walk to town centre and very close to main bus route.

The room is a nice sized double, which currently includes a double bed, two chest of drawers, a small wardrobe and built-in cupboards. There is a large wall mirror & a small tv in the room (no aerial point). The room is very bright and light. We have small front and back courtyards, with a decking area leading out from double patio doors in the dining area. There is a shared bathroom, along with the lounge, kitchen/diner and downstairs toilet. There will be use of the washing machine and Wi-Fi. Some room for outside storage. We are looking for a quiet working person, with a vegetarian or vegan lifestyle, who is happy to clean up after themselves. There is on road parking, non-smokers please.
