Double room in quiet location close to beach

Double room in family home in quiet road 5 mins walk from town, beach and train station.
The room can be furnished or unfurnished dependant on your needs. It does have a built in wardrobe.
You will have exclusive use of a fabulous newly refurbished bathroom which you will not need to share with anyone! The room is on its own floor, sort of mezzanine in the house. Use of kitchen area (see pics as it’s a great area) garden and laundry by arrangement. The garden is private and a real sun trap. (These pics were taken late afternoon so not showing its sunnier side!)
We can safely store a bicycle for you however parking is tricky but can be found in adjacent streets.
All bills are included.
We are looking for someone who’ll slot in and is easy going.
