We have a spacious double room to let in our large three story five bedroom Victorian town house on Teignmouth back beach. Walking distance to the train station and various bus stops.
The room is furnished and is on the top floor of the house where it is quiet as the rest of the used bedrooms are all on the floor below.
Shared use of brand new modern kitchen and lounge with a log burner.
Own on-suite next door to bedroom with shower, wash basin and toilet.
Off street parking space included.

Please note we are a family with two young children and a cat.

We have advertised the room for a six month let but maybe open to extend this for the right person.

Rent £450 per calendar month to include bills.
£450 deposit payable when agreeing to rent, rent due one week prior to moving in and then monthly one week in advance.
