Spacious double room available on the top floor of our Victorian home. The room is furnished with a wardrobe and a comfortable double bed, and chest of drawers. There is also a TV.
Great central location for all amenities. Situated with a 7 minute walk to the train station ( 40 mins to Exeter ) and a bus stop at the end of the road.
The lovely town centre of Teignmouth and the main beach is a leisurely 10 minute walk. So what’s included ………All bills. There is a shared kitchen, with an option of joining us for meals for an additional financial contribution. Shared bathroom. Use of washing machine and tumble dryer. 2 beautiful well behaved labradors, called Lottie and Ruby. A dog lover is essential.
Looking for a short term rent initially, for 6 months, which could then be extended by mutual agreement if required.
£300 deposit and one months rent in advance will be required.
