Cosy room in airy modern Teignmouth flat

The room is compact. It has a 1.5 size (4 foot) bed, wardrobe & cabinet with shelving for possessions. A modern bathroom & shower are next door. You will share a sunny living room & kitchen with me, the owner. I work upstairs as a writer and occasionally stay overnight. Good WiFi is provided. Heating is solar, augmented by modern electric storage heaters and a feature coal effect fire in the living room. You will be free to use the whole flat (except for the upstairs office & my bedroom) and all bills are paid. The flat has views over the harbour and peeps of the sea. It is well situated near the junction of Exeter Road and Britton Avenue, close to train station and bus stops. The library is nearby and Teignmouth Triangle with shops is only 5 minutes’ walk away.
