Double room in family home

We currently have a room to let in our family home. We are close to the town centre and train station - no longer than 10 minutes away.
Looking for a working professional to share our home.
Person to be tidy and respectful of our home and those who live in it.
Room available has a double bed and basic bedroom furniture.
We ourselves are working professionals who have the option to work from home so can be home a lot.
Happy to spend time over a cup of tea but don’t want to be in each other’s pockets.
Communal areas such as Kitchen is shared. Bathroom is shared with two others. Washing machine available, potential off road parking, garden access.
We have two cats who will seek fuss if it is shown to them.
Bills included and access to broadband. Ideally minimum stay 2 months, happy for long term stays. References please. We would look for a holding deposit which would go towards your first months rent payable on your move in date then the same date each month going forward.
