1 Double Room to rent in Teignmouth

Hey, I have just bought a place in teignmouth and am looking for a flatmate to rent out one of the double bedrooms. The current tenant is looking to move out around the 31st. The currently dont live there but will be moving in next year. You will have access to a shared living area, kitchen and use of the shower room upstairs. I will have my own bathroom downstairs so although yours is not technically an e-suite it will pretty much only be used by you. There is parking for free on the road but spaces are limited. I’m an easy going person, who loves keeping fit and busy. I work from home 3 days a week. Looking for someone who’s clean and tidy, I would consider someone with a small dog or cat also as I love animals. Look forward to hearing from you : ) Lalie
