1 Double Room to rent in Teignmouth

Hey, I have just bought a place in teignmouth and am looking for a flatmate to rent out one of the double bedrooms. The current tenant is willing to move out sooner rather than later so if needs be you can move in before Dec 7th. I currently don’t live there so the rent reflects this. It will drop down to £650 once I move in. You will have access to a shared living area, kitchen and use of the shower room upstairs. I will have my own bathroom downstairs so although yours is not technically an e-suite it will pretty much only be used by you. There is parking for free on the road but spaces are limited. I’m an easy going person, who loves keeping fit and busy. I do cheerleading every friday in Nottingham and work from home 3 days a week. Looking for someone who’s clean and tidy, I would consider someone with a small dog or cat also as I love animals. Please WhatsApp or call me as well if interested.
