Double room to let in Teignmouth, Devon.

I have a double room for rent (with a king size bed, storage, and a sea view) in a lovely quiet location in Teignmouth, Devon.

This is in a first floor flat (though it's private access from the rest of the properties), and has access to a shared living room with dining table, whole flat is shared with myself.

The living room TV is shared, but I would like to use it when home from work so if I watch something you're not keen on then it may be a good shout to watch what you like in your room (room does not have TV, but Wi-Fi is fine to stream on laptops, etc.)

Access to shared kitchen with washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, slow cooker, and dishwasher.

Bathroom (again shared) has a full sized bath with shower overhead, and heated towel rail.

I'm looking for a quiet, clean, easy going individual (or couple at an added charge of £30 per week) that are looking for short term let. Would consider something longer term for the right individual - happy to take on anyone from 1 month onwards.

It's a quiet area, and I want to keep it that way, so no party animals need apply.

Must like dogs, as I have a well behaved one. May consider a well behaved quiet dog also if they aren't left home alone and are quiet and housetrained - I have a very tiny garden, but not suitable to be let out in and left alone.

I am out of the house quite a lot so we shouldn't get in each others hair that much.

Rent will need to be paid upfront one week in advance. 2 weeks notice on leaving please.

There is plenty of parking available on the quiet cul de sac near the house, but no private parking available.

No smokers, no big drinkers, no cults ;)

We have a cleaner every other week, so there will be a £15 charge for this every other week for the cleaner to clean all the rooms.
