There is a modern and fully fitted kitchen (with a dishwasher) and a high spec shared bathroom and additional WC. We have a huge garden patio with far reaching views over the Teign Estuary. Price per month includes all bills.

We would consider short stays but this would be priced accordingly.

We have this large beautiful Victorian room to let in our recently refurbished Victorian property. It has a super king sized bed and a lounge area with dining table. The room mesures 25 square metres and so feels more like an apartment in itself.

There is a shared bathroom with under floor heating and a fully fitted kitchen with dishwasher.

There is a massive patio which guests can enjoy which overlooks Shaldon and the hills beyond.

We are in Council Tax band C but all bills are included in the price.

The house has been recently painted and updated and would make a lovely home for anyone.
