Double room available in lovely Teignmouth

I have a double room available to rent on a long/short term basis in my lovely flat in Teignmouth. The room is fully furnished and there is a good sized communal living room and sunny terrace which I would welcome any house mate to make themself at home in. I love to cook (and share a meal) so the kitchen is well equipped. I also share the space with two ginger cats and a very friendly Cocker Spaniel.

The flat is just a ten minute walk from all the local amenities: shops, pubs, train station and bus stops and, importantly, the beach!
