Double room with ensuite bathroom in family home

Reasonably big double room, with ensuite bathroom (big walk in shower). Furnished, tv, desk, sofa, wardrobe.
Shared kitchen, dining room, use of washing machine, dryer, washing lines on the terrace. Use of bottom terrace.
We are family of 4, have got 2 teenage boys)
We have got 4 cats so if not keen on pets or alergic, not suitable.
Strictly non smoker only.
Bills included, also broadband.
If staying full time its 650 per month, if just Mondays to Fridays 550 per month.
10 mins walk to the sea, 10mins level walk to railway station, bus stop nearby.
Nice area, close to Nature reserve and sea.
Would suit working proffessional or student.
Longer stays then 6months by agreement.
