Gorgeous double room in large sunny apartment with high ceilings and an airy feel. The flat is the ground floor of a villa with a sunny garden and patio down some steps. Huge living room with a new wood burner and bay window overlooking the garden. The available room is sunny and private feeling, with a double bed, wardrobe, desk, chest of drawers etc. The kitchen has a two oven range, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer etc. The bathroom is modern and minimalist, refurbed last month.

The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill. Regular trains go to Exeter one way and Torquay/Plymouth the other. The busstop opposite goes to Dawlish Rd. There is parking in the drive.

I am a semi retired academic who loves music, films, cooking, gardening. I am easy going with a sense of humour I'm told! The room would suit a relaxed professional person who's not too untidy and likes cats. (Teddy is 8). Sunny allotment also in the mix for anyone who likes growing veg!

The rent includes utilities and high speed wifi, Netflix, Sky. Females preferred please.
