The kitchen range has with two ovens, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer. The bathroom is new, just refurbed.

The town is 15 minutes walk down the hill. Regular trains go to Exeter one way and Torquay/Plymouth the other. The bus stop opposite goes to Dawlish Rd. There is parking in the drive.

I am a semi retired academic and creative into music, films and gardening. Would suit a professional relaxed, ideasy person who is responsible and likes cats. (Teddy is 8). Allotment available for anyone who likes growing veg!
