Beautiful Double Room

Lovely double room in a large apartment with high ceilings and lots of light. I am a retired university lecturer doing a PhD and live in. The flat is on the ground floor of an Edwardian Villa with one flat above and one below, and the large sunny garden/patio is down some steps. There is parking for two (smallish) cars in the drive. The living room is huge with a large bay window overlooking the gardens and a wood burner. The bedroom to be let is sunny and furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, desk and chest of drawers. The kitchen has a range with two ovens, washing machine, dryer, fridge freezer.
I am a creative who loves cooking, music (soul/jazz), films and gardening. Would suit a professional relaxed, creative, ideasy person who cooks real food, is environmentally conscious, likes gardening and is not a Tory! I am decorating the apartment, hence needing the lodger.
Fit persons can walk down the hill to the town in 15 minutes, and the bus stop opposite goes to Dawlish Rd.
The rent includes bills and high speed wifi.
